 2. We accept payment by Credit or Debit card via PayPal or by Cheque

A) Payment by Credit or Debit Card
The easiest method to pay is via our secure Paypal Shop using the Shopping Cart facility. Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe and is trusted by 150 million account holders worldwide.

B) Payment by Cheque

Please print out and fill in our Order Form. Please write clearly and ensure your postcode is correct.
Cheques should be made payable to Anagram Works and sent to: 73 Pembroke Crescent, Hove East Sussex BN3 5DF

3. Delivery

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, and usually despatch our orders within a couple of days of receiving them. However please allow 15 days for delivery from placing your order or please contact us if your delivery is urgent.

4. Returns

Anagram Works adhers to the UK Distance Selling Directive:

We want you to enjoy your cards and gifts so we will exchange or refund any item you are not completely satisfied with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned items as we cannot be responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

If an item you have received is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours by email or in writing so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Returns of Bespoke Designs - We are unable to provide refunds for Bespoke Designs once the contract has been signed, however faulty items will be replaced as above. If an item you have received is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours by email or in writing.

5. Non UK mainland, Scottish Highland & Overseas orders

For Non-UK mainland, Scottish Highland and Overseas orders please email us for further information - stating where you are based and what items you would like to purchase. We will get back to you regarding carriage costs. There are a few countries we are unable to deliver to.

6. VAT

We do not charge VAT on any of our cards or gifts.
